Men and women of God should always acknowledge God in making decisions in our lives. There are times when I just don’t know what to do, which direction I should be going in and that’s when I really depend on God to lead me. I’m going through something right now and I made a move to resolve it and it fell through. I actually felt relief when it fell through because I could feel that it wasn’t the way I was supposed to go. Proverbs 3:6 KJV, In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Sometimes the easiest route isn’t even the route or road we should be on. I’m learning so much and it isn’t always easy to do the right thing. I always strive to do the right thing. The right thing to do is to listen to God and follow His directions. Psalms 119:133 KJV, Order my steps in thy word. The road God has me taking is not a quick fix but it’s a resolution that will allow me to do what I need to do just not the easy way I wanted to do it. God’s road even offers some security. Take things slow because other opportunities will be opening up in the future and at some point it will be time for me to take that route to easy road. I want to take that road only when it is Gods time for me to do so. Psalms 37:23 KJV, The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.
